What We Do

Two disciplines, one standard of accuracy

EPI works across two connected fields — environmental consultancy and monitoring, and geotechnical and materials testing. Both are delivered by the same accredited laboratories and field teams, and held to the same international standards.

Pillar 01

Environmental Services

Environmental studies and consultations licensed by the National Center for Environmental Compliance, supported by our own accredited environmental monitoring laboratory.

Pillar 02

Geotechnical & Materials Testing

Geotechnical investigation, soil, concrete, asphalt and aggregate testing, chemical analysis, GPR, and hydrological & hydrogeological studies for infrastructure and construction.

Environmental Studies & Consultations

EPI is licensed by the National Center for Environmental Compliance as a Category A environmental studies and consultations provider. We prepare the assessments, audits and management plans that facilities need to secure approvals, stay compliant and reduce their impact on the surrounding environment — in line with both Saudi regulations and international guidance from the US EPA, IFC and WHO.
